I use a scientific, evidence-based approach to deliver holistic nutrition and wellbeing aligned to your body, mind, and spirit. Depending on the number & severity of your symptoms and how much guidance and coaching you require, I will create a bespoke programme tailored to your needs.

How it works

Let’s jump on a call and see if we’d be a good fit. We’ll talk through the basics of your health concerns and assess how much support you would require.
If it’s a yes, I’ll then work on a bespoke programme plan for you - including costs - and we’ll get started.

Prior to our first session, you’ll fill in a 3-day food diary and in-depth health questionnaire. The initial consultation is 90 minutes, allowing plenty of time for me to dive deeply into your symptoms.
I’ll take into consideration factors such as lifestyle, dietary habits, medication, family history, fitness levels and your previous health. We’ll also discuss in detail things like your digestion, menstrual cycle, energy levels and sleep.
You’ll then receive a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan unique to your biochemistry.

Follow-up consultations are to check in on your progress and make any necessary amendments. Addressing health concerns can take time - it’s very much a process, and ongoing support is required to ensure positive change happens.
The number of follow-up consultations and their duration will depend on what your individual needs.

Food always comes first! However, I will occasionally prescribe supplements and recommend functional testing as and when required.
Online and Home Visits
To make it as easy as possible to fit my services into your busy lifestyle, the majority of our consultations are online, via video call. Alternatively, I offer home visits in London.
